Brianna Barry GAICD
About
Brianna Barry GAICD brings over a decade of professional experience and is a skilled leader with expertise in the NDIS framework, care services, person-centred policy, and customer engagement. As well as her role of General Manager – Customers and Operations at AHA, she serves as the Chairperson at Inclusion Access, an organisation committed to driving action, awareness, and education to make Australian communities more inclusive, and as a Director of Focal Community Services, a support provider dedicated to providing “endless opportunities for all” and top-quality service provision for NDIS participants. Brianna is passionate about customer inclusion and empowerment and has a personal and professional drive to strive for contemporary disability practice.
Working within the NDIS framework since it’s pilot in the Hunter region (NSW) in 2013, she has experience across a range of NDIS activities, including senior and executive leadership positions in Supported Accommodation (including Specialist Disability Accommodation Intake), Service Delivery, and Operations.
At AHA, Brianna works with all applicants and tenants to secure SDA funding, build their individualised support models, provide tenancy support and oversee quality assurance for all aspects of Home and Living for the AHA community.
